Instructions on how to wash our cushions
Please use a dry cloth when cleaning the cushion and scrub it when necessary. Use neutral detergent on the stains.
1:Pour the warm water into the pool
2:Pour into the neutral detergent
3:Put the cushion in the water and rub gently
4:Use warm water to clean it
5:Adjust the shape of the plush toy
6: Dry under the sunshine
7: Comb the wool once again after it is dry in the sun
Washing machine and dryer are not recommended.
It can be usually exposured under the sunshine to keep the flexibility.
Regarding the hair loss problem:
You may find some hair fall off from our cushion. Don't worry about it as it is not real hair loss. It is normal with the new product. You just get it a few pat and Shake, the floating hair will be gone.
Regarding the size problem:
Due to the material characterisitc and hand measurements, there is a certain size tolerace of around 3cm.
Regarding the packing problem:
To save your costs, we usually vacuum the cushion in a bag to reduce the transporation costs.Please shake it a few minutes after opening the packaging and put it under the sunshine for half an hour. it will immediately recover to its original state!
